57"x15" Antique Iron Gate
Beautiful, metal gate salvaged from Northeastern, PA. It's made of solid iron or steel, and weighs  27 lbs. There are 13 straight spindles from  side to side (or top to bottom if you plan on installing it vertically), and the  2nd spindle from either side has 4 decorative volutes (spirals or curlicues). It  has hinges on one side and a hasp with padlock on the other.
It has a cool, crazed, grayish-blue, paint on both sides. However, there is  more paint on one side, and more rust on the other.
The piece is in excellent condition with no  breaks, cracks, or rot. It is strong, sturdy, and ready for another  lifetime of service..
Aside from being used as a gate, it would make for unique wall decor, table  top, ornamental piece in a custom-built piece of furniture, etc.
